Join PTSA:
Membership Chair Elizabeth Hurst
Showing your support for the PTSA by becoming a member is easy. Click here to print out the Membership Form. Complete the form and mail it in with your dues check.
PTSA stands for Parent-Teacher-Student Association. The Lake Braddock Secondary School PTSA serves all students at Lake Braddock, both middle and high school. As members of the local, state, and national PTA, our PTSA is the largest advocacy group for children in the Nation.
We encourage parental involvement in the school through extensive volunteer activities. Parents, teachers and students are kept informed through
our monthly newletter, Bruin Voices.
We need you to join PTSA NOW! In addition to our newsletter, the PTSA sponsors and/or funds many Lake Braddock activities including teacher and staff appreciation, Reflections, MentorWorks, teacher mini-grants, cultural arts, volunteers,
community relations/outreach, craft fair, baccalaureate, all-night graduation party, scholarships and our website. The list goes on and on. Much of what we do requires many volunteer hours and financial backing. We ask for your support this year in the form of a PTSA membership.
PTSA President Welcome Letter (Distributed in the Back to School Packets, September 2006)
